Discovery phase
We mapped the attendee journey: find a date/artist fast, confirm details, and buy without friction. Issues found: unclear calendar, weak mobile CTAs, long checkout, and missing Local SEO (Event schema, maps, reviews).
Ideation Development
We designed a conversion flow with a sticky Buy Tickets bar, a filterable calendar (date, artist, genre), and artist pages with short video highlights + related shows. Checkout was simplified to three steps with clear payment options and gentle urgency cues (“Limited seats”). We planned Event & LocalBusiness schema and an FAQ block to support SEO/AEO.
Visual Exploration
A cinematic dark theme with subtle stage-light accents, readable typography, and live-show photography. Micro-interactions lift the CTAs without adding weight. All components meet WCAG contrast for accessibility.
We shipped a lightweight, fast build (WebP images, lazy-load, prefetch for checkout), integrated Stripe/Eventbrite, and implemented conversion tracking (Add-to-Cart, Purchase) plus heatmaps for A/B testing of copy and colors. Expected outcome: higher ticket conversion and lower checkout drop-off.
