Discovery phase
We audited the existing site and interviewed prospective clients to map how they choose counsel. Key findings: visitors need instant trust (credentials, reviews), clarity on practice areas, and speed to contact. Issues uncovered: slow mobile load, scattered CTAs, no after-hours scheduling, and limited SEO/AEO structure for local search and voice queries.

Ideation Development
We wireframed a conversion flow that leads with a clear value prop and trust pack (bar membership, years in practice, testimonials). The layout emphasizes three primary practice areas, a sticky Contact Bar (Call • Text/WhatsApp • Schedule), and a 3-step conditional form that routes to CRM with auto-responses. We planned schema for LocalBusiness and FAQ to support SEO/AEO and added bilingual support if needed.
Visual Exploration
A refined, trustworthy aesthetic: high-contrast black/white with a calm accent color, serif headlines paired with a clean sans for readability, and professional photography. Micro-interactions highlight CTAs without distraction. All components meet WCAG contrast for accessibility.
Brand Application
We implemented the design with a lightweight stack and analytics: fast pages, schema markup (LocalBusiness, FAQ), location-based SEO, and call-tracking + calendar scheduling. The intake form pushes qualified leads to CRM with auto-emails/SMS and internal notifications. Post-launch, we’ll monitor leads, call connects, and appointment rates to iterate.
