Discovery phase
We interviewed enterprise R&D leaders, venture partners, and academics to understand how they assess advisors. Key needs emerged: instant credibility (track record, team pedigree), easy navigation by sectors & capabilities, and a path to evidence (case briefs, publications). Issues we found on the legacy presence: fragmented content, slow mobile performance, and limited structure for Article/Organization schema and answer-engine visibility.

Ideation Development
We redesigned the information architecture around Who we help (Sectors), What we do (Capabilities), and Proof (Insights & Case Briefs). Lead gen flows include a gated whitepaper and a consultation request with calendar integration. We planned Article, Organization, and FAQ schema, author bios, and internal linking to strengthen topical authority and AEO. The CMS model supports multi-author posts, categories, and related reading.
Visual Exploration
An academic-meets-modern aesthetic: Cambridge blues with a refined neutral palette, serif headlines paired with a clean sans for long-form readability, and data diagrams for complex topics. Subtle motion guides attention to CTAs without distracting from content. All components meet WCAG contrast.
Brand Application
We implemented a fast, maintainable stack with a headless CMS for authorship, added schema markup (Article/Organization/FAQ), and set up analytics + event tracking (whitepaper downloads, consult requests). Internal linking and content templates make publishing consistent and SEO-friendly. Post-launch, we’ll monitor impressions, organic sessions, and conversion rate to iterate.
